The Costa Blanca is famous for its beaches, sunshine and Mediterranean coastline. But beyond the resorts lies another world — spectacular mountains, rugged trails, quiet valleys, traditional villages, vineyards, perfect for fantastic mountain biking.

Starting in February 2027, come and experience some of the best MTB trails in the Costa Blanca region. Rides will be guided by local legend Mike, from Snakebite MTB adventures.

Ideal for individuals, couples, friends and cyling groups, this inclusive tour would include:

4 consecutive full morning guided rides by experienced MTB guide with extensive local knowledge of the region
Full suspension e-MTB rental
5 nights at beachfront 4* hotel in Calpe (breakfasts included)
Transport to and from rides (including private Alicante airport transfers)

What to expect:

Daily rides would be approximately 50km with around 750-1000m of elevation and include a café stop mid-ride.

Riders will be transported to the starting point each morning by The Happy Cyclist, where full suspension e-MTB's will be waiting. The duration of each ride would be approximately 4 hours. It is recommended that you have at least a year of mountain biking experience.

The routes would be on beautiful rural trails and mountain tracks with rewarding climbs and flowing singletrack decents. Enjoy spectacular mountain and sea views whilst riding through pine forests, vineyards and traditional Spanish villages.

The rides will be at a inclusive, social pace with the emphasis on fun and adventure. Mike has been exclusively guiding in this region for over 15 years and is fully qualified and first aid trained.

After the ride, riders will be taken back to the hotel where they can enjoy a relaxing afternoon and evening exploring Calpe's beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars. The Happy Cyclist will be on hand to recommend the best spots.
