Starting from Ringwood, Burley or Brockenhurst. An agreed Meeting point will be confirmed a few days in advance of the ride

Weekday day/evenings 10am-9pm and weekends 10am-1pm. Please enquire and I will arrange a day and time that suits.

OVERVIEW:
Ideal for individuals of all abilities and ages wanting a tailored guided cycling ride surrounded by the beauty of the New Forest.
An excellent alternative to personal training in a gym or bootcamp sessions, this is nature's gym on two wheels!
Also, perfect for specific rehabilitation movement and strengthening, especially after knee replacement surgery.
Rides will utilise both the glorious gravel off-road tracks and quiet country roads, taking in the wooded landscapes, open heathland and stunning views.
Suitable for gravel, mountain or e-bikes.
Cyclists will need to complete a heath questionnaire before the ride.
Bike hire can be arranged.
WHAT TO BRING:
Bikes must be in a safe, working order. Please provide your own spare inner tube and pump.
Make sure that your water bottle is full at the start and to bring along energy snacks if needed.
Dress suitably for the day's weather as additional layers might be needed. Cycle helmets MUST be worn.
